Key Responsibilities: To monitor and evaluate the activities carried out throughout the project cycle
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: The applicant should have Master’s degree in sociology, development studies, or other relevant fields of social science; minimum Two (2) years of working experience in similar position with strong understanding on project design, M&E methods, processes and tools including result based monitoring; good coordination, interpersonal, networking and communication skills; proficiency on Microsoft Office Programs; and fluent in English and Nepali (both speaking and writing).

Program Assistant - 1 (INHURED/VA/2018/002)
Key Responsibilities: Assist the project administration as a support staff for necessary logistic arrangement and support programme management and operation when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: The applicant should have minimum bachelor's degree in Law, Social Science, Development or relevant field; minimum One (1) years of working experience in similar position; sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Programs.

Key Responsibilities: To manage, coordinate and implement the project activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: The applicant should have minimum +2 passed in any stream; 2 years of working experience in community mobilization for the development sector at local level; experience in managing teams and coordination; knowledge and experience on carrying out interaction session and workshops; fluency in both written and spoken in Nepali and local language; basic knowledge on computer especially on Microsoft Word and Excel would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters and provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other legal documents relating to forced migration.

Key Responsibilities: To lead the assessment of Nepalese policies and mechanism relating with earthquake reconstruction.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: The applicant should have advanced law degree or other relevant field of social science, should have at least 7 years experience working in GESI mainstreaming issues in Nepal, have strong experience in review and analysis of GESI issues at policy level, and experience in conducting research to identify and analyze gaps between existing laws, policies and their implementation.
