"Rollout work shop and Envirosquad team formation (Solu, Mahottari & Sindhuli)"

program kick-started with roll-out workshop followed by the formation of three different enviro-squad in three project areas; Solukhumbu, Sindhuli and Mahottari. Enviro-squad were formed comprised of 10 to 12 members who were people from the elected representatives, farmers, teachers, government officials, representatives from youth clubs, dalit network, women network, and CBOs who are working in the field of environment and sustainable livelihoods. In Solukhumbu group was formed on 10 December 2020, Sindhuli on 18 December and Mahottari on 16 December with the objectives of conducting meeting on a monthly basis by setting different agendas
